60 Minute Consultation
A comprehensive, one-on-one session to understand your postpartum body, movement history, goals, and current challenges. We’ll assess how your core, pelvic foor, posture, and movement patterns are working together and create a clear, individualized plan to guide your rebuild.
5 Weekly Check-ins
These focused follow-up sessions allow us to tailor your exercises as your body adapts. We’ll adjust movements, progress your program, and address anything that comes up—so your recovery evolves with you, not ahead of you.
